Aerial acrobatics takes center stage here. Whether you’re drawn to soaring on the trapeze high under the ceiling or swinging in aerial silks, there’s a place for you in Aerial Acrobatics & Performance Art. Together, we’ll create high-flying, poetic contemporary circus, explore circus disciplines, and integrate physical theater and performance.

ACROBATICS & STRENGTH TRAINING – ØRESTAD
Every Wednesday, 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
January 14 – March 25, 2025
Learn classic physical circus disciplines from professional circus artists and performers. Train your balance and strength, and learn floor acrobatics, tumbling, dance acrobatics, and partner acrobatics. Each session includes strength training and stretching.
